Diane Sarah Bégin, BA, CMC, CHRPMs. Diane Bégin is an accomplished human resources consultant and strategist with over 25 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development in some of the most challenging parts of the world. Her areas of expertise are in the staging and implementation of complex change agendas of critical importance and impact to people and their organizations. Fluent in English and French, she has held senior leadership roles in the Government of Ontario’s central agencies, ministries and broader public sector organizations where she also served as a member of several executive committees, consultation task forces, negotiation and project teams. In private practice, she has worked in Canada, Asia, Africa and the Middle-East, instituting practical action plans for the modernization and strengthening of civil service management.
